Plemont Puffins

Description

Part of my “Vista” Jersey art exhibition curated by Jaro Gallery.

My painting of the puffin sculptures at Plemont, Jersey, captures the charm of these iconic figures under the sunset glow. The warm hues and dramatic mackerel sky create a striking contrast, celebrating the beauty of this coastal scene.

I love the backdrop as you look out to sea from the Plemont headland with the islands of Sark, Herm and Guernsey. To me I see it together with the puffins as a symbol of unity.
